TMRX Art Trading Guide

TMRX, operated by TMR ARTS LIMITED, is a professional art trading platform that combines fine art collection with blockchain‑based digital certification. Each artwork is verified and paired with a unique digital token to ensure authenticity and provenance. Below is the complete buying process.

1. Online Selection and Ordering

Browse artworks on the TMRX platform (market.tmrarts.com) and review each listing’s details, including images, dimensions, medium, artist background, and digital certificate information.
Once you have decided, submit your order online and provide contact information for follow‑up arrangements.

2. Customer Contact & Physical Inspection (Due Diligence)

Our team will contact you upon receiving your order to arrange further communication or a physical inspection.
Buyer’s Responsibility: Given the unique nature of fine art, we strongly recommend that buyers or their authorized representatives visit the designated TMR ARTS space (or a mutually agreed location) to inspect the physical artwork.
Confirmation of Condition: Buyers must independently assess the condition, authenticity, and value of the artwork prior to the transaction. All transactions are deemed to be "Sold As Is," implying the buyer is fully satisfied with the artwork's existing condition and accepts all descriptions provided by the seller.

3. Payment

After confirming your purchase, you may choose one of the following payment methods:

4. Artwork Delivery

After payment confirmation, TMR ARTS will arrange for physical delivery of the artwork.
Delivery options include:

In‑person handover (recommended for first‑time buyers)
Personal delivery or courier shipping (depending on region and artwork size)

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe and secure transportation.

5. 14-Day Cooling-off Period & Return Restrictions

TMRX offers a "14-Day Cooling-off Period," but based on the "Sold As Is" principle, return terms are strictly limited:

Scope of Application: Applicable only to cases of "Change of Mind" by the buyer.
Exclusions: As the buyer is deemed to have accepted the artwork's condition upon confirmation, buyers may NOT request a return or claim compensation based on "authenticity," "description errors," "color discrepancies," or "condition issues."
Return Conditions:
- The request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The artwork must be returned in the exact condition as delivered, along with all accessories.
- Costs: The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs, insurance fees, and an administrative fee of 5% of the total transaction amount (to cover bank/platform charges and administrative costs).

6. Digital Certificate (NFT) Transfer

Timing of Transfer: To ensure asset security, the artwork's exclusive blockchain digital certificate (NFT) will be automatically transferred to the buyer's digital wallet after the 14-Day Cooling-off Period has expired and no return request has been made.
Rights Confirmation: The digital certificate contains records of authenticity, chain of ownership, and transaction history. Once the transfer is complete, the buyer officially becomes the holder of the artwork.
- Note: If the buyer wishes to receive the certificate immediately upon delivery, a "Waiver of Return Rights Agreement" must be signed.

7. Important Disclaimer

Sold As Is: All artworks on the TMRX platform are sold on an "As Is" basis. Images, dimensions, media, and condition reports displayed on the platform are for reference only. TMR ARTS LIMITED makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the seller's description or the authenticity of the artwork.
Waiver of Liability: By deciding to purchase and making payment, the buyer represents that they have independently judged and fully accepted all descriptions and conditions of the artwork. Once the transaction is completed, the buyer shall not raise any objections, oppositions, or claims against TMR ARTS LIMITED regarding the quality, authenticity, provenance, or description of the artwork.

Digital Certificate NFT

1. The Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”) issued by the Company function solely as digital certificates (or bundled privileges) tied to the corresponding physical artwork. They record authenticity, provenance, and ownership information. The NFT does not grant any additional rights, profit-sharing, equity, or investment returns beyond the transfer of ownership of the physical artwork.

2. Neither the platform nor this mobile application provides any standalone NFT purchase, payment, or minting function. There are no buttons, links, or calls to action directing users to external marketplaces to buy or mint NFTs. NFTs are transferred by TMR Arts only after the physical artwork transaction is completed. Users cannot request to purchase or obtain the NFT independently.

3. Collection and transfer process (no QR code required)

Automatic Transfer: After the physical artwork purchase is confirmed, TMR Arts will transfer the corresponding NFT on the backend to the buyer’s wallet address provided at checkout.
Wallet Address Requirement: The buyer must provide a valid wallet address within the period specified by the Company. Once submitted, the address is deemed final; the buyer is responsible for its accuracy and security.
Handling Missing or Invalid Addresses (one or more may apply):

(A) If the buyer fails to provide a wallet address on time, the NFT may be temporarily held in a custodial wallet controlled by the Company until the buyer supplies the correct details.
(B) Continued failure to provide an address shall be deemed a waiver of the NFT. The Company will not reissue the NFT, and no claims or compensation will be accepted.
(C) The Company is not liable if the NFT cannot be transferred or is lost due to an incorrect or incompatible wallet address provided by the buyer.

4) Completion of Delivery: Delivery is considered complete once the NFT is successfully minted on-chain and transferred to the buyer’s designated wallet. The on-chain transaction record constitutes final proof of delivery.
5) Opting Out: Buyers may choose not to provide an address and decline the NFT. This decision does not affect their legal rights to the physical artwork.

4. Ownership or transfer of an NFT does not unlock any additional features, content, or services within this application.

5. NFT storage, transfer, and display rely on third-party wallets and blockchain networks. Users are solely responsible for the security of their wallets and private keys. The Company bears no responsibility for losses arising from third-party service failures, network congestion, contract upgrades, hacking, or other factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
6.The Company may modify, update, or supplement these terms at any time due to business or legal requirements. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform or in the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The Company reserves the final right of interpretation over these terms.

Q: Can I buy or mint NFTs inside this app?
A: No. The app only displays NFTs you already own. There is no “buy,” payment, or minting function, nor any links to external marketplaces. Owning an NFT does not unlock any additional in-app features or services.

Q: Can I purchase only the NFT without the physical artwork?
A: No. Each NFT is issued only after a verified purchase of the physical artwork. The app does not offer any standalone NFT purchase option and provides no external links for such purchases.

Q: What happens to the NFT certificate after I purchase the physical artwork?
A: Once the physical purchase is confirmed, TMR Arts will transfer the NFT to the wallet address you provided. After transfer, the NFT appears in “My Collection” within the app. If you fail to provide a valid address or provide an incorrect one, please refer to the applicable terms above.

Q: What is TMRX?
A: TMRX is a marketplace dedicated to physical art transactions. After the buyer completes a purchase, the corresponding NFT (digital certificate) is transferred by TMR Arts to the buyer’s specified wallet address. The app does not allow standalone NFT purchases; it only displays and manages NFTs you already own.
